Ceramic surface is coated by a layer of metal powder, sintering at high temperatures to form solid, dense metallized layer to achieve the welding between ceramic and metal,which has the features of  high sealing intensity, high air tightness and high reliability.

Detailed description:

Our company uses the sintering metal powder methods ( metallization). We use unique formula to sintering a layer metal powder on the ceramic pieces in the reducing of high temperature1420,which enables the ceramic surface has the metallic. Metallized layer thickness:30~50μNickel layer .

Thickness:

3~10μ.Even ,no oxidation, no bubbles ,no Mechanical damage, no metal printing ,no watermarks and fingerprints.High metallized Bond strength of ceramic,good air tightness . The average tensile strength ≥150MPa, Which can weld with metal pieces and widely used in the vacuum switch tubes,medium and small power electron tubes , medium and high power electrical appliances.
