Product Introduction :

Temperature: 110 ～ 120 ℃

Chamber pressure : 0. 5 ～ 0.6 Mpa

Inner tube pressure: 0.7 ～ 0.8 Mpa

Envelope working pressure : 0.4 Mpa

Envelope working period : It will run automatically ( 100 ℃---- 0.48 Mpa )

Operation : Close the door manualy so that the switch of the gate motor of the Chamber is switched on. Press the button to closse the door and the Chamber will change into the self-control state.

1. The micro cooling motor is started .

2. Inner recycling motor is started.

3. Heating device or steam heating device begins to work .

4. The air compressor is started.

5. The air valve is opened. The air valve for filtering the dry air at 0.75Mpa is opened ( the air entered into the Chamber should be compressed dry air without oil ) until the pressure of the Chamber rising to its preset value, at which the pressure of the inner recycling motor, heater, selfcontrol device and ESP-value reach the stipulated value of the envelope.The time counter will work when the Chamber reach above condition.Generally, the curing time should be 3 hours. The chamber will drain the air automatically after the time is due, until all the compressed air in the pot is drained out. The gate motor will start automaticlly to open the door of the Chamber when the inner air pressure reaches to normal environment pressure. At this time, the whole system is switched off and the Vulcanisation prosses is finished. ( Now, the pressure in the chamber and envelope fall to environment pressure which are controled by the switch unit of zero-pressure )
