TD-type bucket elevator is our company developed new products which plant-based D-type bucket elevator, and compared with D-type, they have the specifications and more throughput, and enhance the high degree of high, stable and reliable operation, long life and other significant advantages. The main technical performance and parameters are in accordance with JB3926-85 <<vertical bucket elevator>> (The equivalent of the standard, refer to international standards and foreign advanced standards).

 The elevator has the following feature:

(1) They have large throughput, and the same funnel width and compared to the D-type, the throughput of TD-type increase almost one time;

(2) Traction pieces use high-strength rubber conveyor belt, which has a high tensile strength, long service life.

(3) The structure is simple and easy to install, easy to adjust, repair and maintenance.

(4) Traction pieces for high-strength low-alloy ring chain, by the appropriate heat treatment. They are high tensile strength and abrasion resistance, long service life.

This elevator is centrifugal or blends discharge, filling out check-style, they are adequate for conveying the packing density of not more than 1.5 tons / m 3 of powder, granular, small block of low-mill cut materials, the temperature of materials shall not be more than 60 degrees.

The machine equipped with four hoppers: Q-type (shallow bucket), H-type (arc bucket), zh-type (middle-deep bucket), sh-type (deep bucket), conveying a variety of materials respectively, and the user can select the appropriate hopper in accordance with the characteristics of materials.
