SPECIFICATIONS



Vertical compression mold-locked, vertical injection, English / Chinese controller,screen display, dual-ratio pressure, oil flow control, round set. Base use nodular cast iron integration. Strong mechanical structure, high pressure and fast speed.

Rotary plate rotate alternatively with an angle of 180°C or 360℃, convenient the operator to fetch molds or inserts, high operation safety, increase above 50% working efficiency.
Simple setting of rotary torque size, speed, the distance of slow down, and the consistency can reach to 100%.

Standard rotary plate is divided into 2 or 3 position, can divided into 4 or more, to reach more convenient to operate and automatic connect planning, increase output.

Electric and pressure co-control the safety protection brake, under the state of open-molded, it enhance the protection function of preventing the falling of movalbe mould, and great increase the people and mold's safety.

Oil, water, and pipe circuit integration design, convenient to connect the oil and water for customers.
