Voice mail is a centralized system of managing phone messages for a group of people. Voice mail allows users to receive, answer and manage their phone messages from different locations, sometimes tailoring a response to different callers. The voice mail worked under the condition of no-answer, unconditional, on the fly. It will store in the system in WAV format, then can delivery to the appointed email address.

 

Unlimited fax to email

The system can make a virtual fax machine for each extension ，the incoming fax will convert into a PDF file, then delivery to the user's e-mail inbox which afforded to us, therefore, the true paperless office work was come true.

 

Unlimited IVR

Unlimited Auto Attendants, PBX allows for any number of Interactive Voice Response Auto Attendants. When the clients call in, the system will guide the customers how to do with the prerecorded words.

 

Call Conference

The system can open at most one hundred virtual conference rooms, each room can hold at most one hundred and fifty members. Each extension can recall the members come into the conference room which can make all the members talk together. The permission to the conference room can be setted up by the customers in advance. The users can use mobile phone, extension or WEB to invite the members came into the conference room.

 

Automatic select routes   

the system can be compatible PSTN and VoIP, the customers can select the routes according to their requirements.
