Visint Vispace 2000 FT-series 10/100/1000M auto-negotiate Ethernet optical fiber converter (supports OAM) is designed for communication broadband IP MAN, which supports the full-duplex/half-duplex operation mode and 802.3ah OAM function. It can isolate the broadcast storm and support console interface to realize local management, meanwhile manage remote converter through converter or switch connected with its optical fiber.
Functional Features:
Available with the 10/100/1000M, full-duplex and half-duplex auto-negotiative function.
Support memory duplexer mode and direct mode, max pack length which memory duplexer mode supports is 9K, and which the direct mode supports is 16K.
Support the broadband controlling of electric interface and optical interface, control the rate based on 64kbps.
Support circulating test for any pack length, convenient to modulate the connectivity of optical channel.
Support number diagnoses and warning for remote power-off.
Support LLCF(Link Loss Carry Forward) function, detect any disconnection in the port of one link automatically, and then forces other ports to stop the transmission.
Support OAM function, can monitor and manage single connection line continuously and decrease the operators’ cost of maintenance.
Support remote network management and remote reset, turn on/off the electric interface through remote network management.
Support IEEE 802.3ah and TS1000 protocol, monitor and control the local and terminal, stat MIB flow information.
Electric interface has MDI-II and MDI-X automatic cognition function, detect and learn automatically and it is good at compatibility.
Availability of store-and-forward memory buffers can increase the transmission efficiency of high-end receiving equipment effectively, and realize the functions such as flow control, broadcast isolated, error detection, and etc.
Support of IEEE802.1q network features can guarantee the trunk character of most of the mainstream products, and support VLAN division function and etc.
Support the cascade connection function of network management module.
