The HCG series are the Rice wine barrel filling machines developped with the technologies introduced from overseas companies and with the production experiences gained over many years.

These machines are designed particularly for filling the big-size barrels with rice wine. By using them, the traditional clay jugs can be replaced with plastic barrels to contain the rice wine, thus making it easy to transport the rice wine.

On the other hand, the plastic barrel are fine-looking and orginal in configuration and are easy to hanlde at the production site. Therefore, the QS and HACCP requirements can be easily satisfied. These highly automated machines are easy to operate and maintain. Theyare mainly used to wash the barrels and to fill them with rice wine at the room temperature or at a high temperature.

These machines can be attached with post-operation facilities to form a complete production line, such a s the aluminium foil sealing machine, the barrel tilting & leakage testing machine, the additional capping machine, the lable sticking machine and the carton packaging machine, etc. These machines have a production capacity of 1200-3000BPH.
