Color Coating Line (CCL)

Color coating is a processing of coating sheet with organic paint. The coated sheet has good characteristic of printing, forming, corrosion resistance and decoration, and it still keeps the performance of high strength and deformability. The production of color coating sheet with high quality and multi-function develops recently, and the sheet with high corrosion resistance, high deformability, fingerprint resistance and microbial resistance will share part of market.

CCL for Common Building
The common building color sheet is manufactured with polyester for primer painting coated on base plate, through the technology of coating and drying, or double coating and drying. It has good corrosion resistance, mechanics and decoration. It is used to make new building material by profiling and then compounding with core material.

CCL for Electric Appliance
The color-coating sheet for electric appliance is manufactured with organic paint coated on base plate, such as electro-galvanized plate, or hot-dip galvanized plate with thin layer of zinc, through the technology of triple coating and drying.
CCL for Special Building
The color-coating sheet for special building is coated on the base plate with fluorocarbon paint, which is mainly composed of PVDF. A steady and symmetric structure of fluorine and carbon exists, so the sheet has good performance of weather resistance, suiting for high-grade building.
Color Printing & Coating Line
The technology of printing and dyeing is applied to manufacture printing sheet or pattern sheet. The pick-up roll with pattern conveys the design to the coating roll, and then the design will be printed on surface of sheet, such as wood grain. Lacquer or uvio-resistant paint will be coated on the printed sheet for protective film. This technology could improve the property of decoration of coating plate and make it look natural.
