Working Principle

 One copper coil is installed inside the tank as the heat exchanger. When water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil, then after the cold water flow through the copper coil, it will become hot water at once, then you can use the hot water from the copper coil , not from the tank. Therefore the water tank is just as heat storage tank.
