Uses of the single stand temper mill

 

The single stand temper mill is used to temper the cold rolled steel coils in order to enhance strip flatness and to improve mechanical characteristic such as deep-drawing characteristic of the strip steel. A temper mill mainly consists of a pay-off reel, a "S " roll before mill, a "S” roll after mill and a reel.
