1. Dip the reaction pad into the collected saliva specimen, or apply saliva directly to the reaction pad.
2. After 10 seconds, shake off the excess saliva.
3. After 2 minutes, match the color on the pad to the color chart.
4. Interpretation
Negative No color change on reactive pad
Positive Reactive pad change color in 2 minutes
5. Store at 2℃ to 30℃ (36℉ to 86℉).
