renal disease, hepatic impairment, nephrogenic diabetes insipid us
cache tic or debilitated patients
pregnant or breastfeeding patients (except in anthrax treatment or with topical form)

children younger than age 11 (with topical form)
children younger than age 8 (except in anthrax treatment

This is a kind of Broad spectrum antibiotics. Which is effective against many Gram-positive bacteria and some Gram-negative. It is good for bacillary dysentery, trachoma, peruses, pulmonary fever, purulent meningitis, besides; it is of high ability of anti-virus under the condition of high concentration.
