Our products mainly include: ISO 2531, BSEN 545, AWWA, C153, C110 etc, ductile cast iron pipes and joints, and all kinds of flanges and pipe clips, fittings, etc. which are widely used in water transmission and petroleum etc. So far our products are very popular and are sold to UK, SriLanka, Singapore, India and Middle East etc.

 

Adopting the technical of the disappearing lost form, damp mould, and resin sand, the annual output of cast iron pipe fittings is 7000 tons of various specifications from DN 50-2600mm.

 

Pipes and fittings conform to the requirements of international Standard ISO 2531, British European Standard BSEN545, and their extensions. Dimensions and masses of pipes and fittings are approximate and are for references only; accurate dimensions and masses should be confirmed with us at the time of placing order. Flanges joint pipes and fittings are generally available with PN10, PN16, and PN25. Socket joints pipes and fittings generally available with T type and K type joints.

 

Joint mainly including flange adaptors, dismantling joint, couplings, maxifit couplings, clamp saddles, stepped coupling, from DN 50-2000.

 

For above fittings and joints, we also can do FBE coating with Akzo Nobel power. The adhesion test shall be as per ISO 4624:2002.
