The PE,PET granulating line is applied for:

1. Raw material: clean PE film, PE flakes

 

 2. The unit consists of extruder, cooling water tank, drying machine, granules cutting machine and shaking sieve.

 

3. Capacity: 100kg/h, 150kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h

 

4. The final products is PE plastic particles

 

5.The PE/PET pelletizing machine is designed with double gad pressing method including water case, beating pellets, and it can be used for granulate plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, and PP.By mean of its exhausting system that machine exhaust the gas from heated material thus making the grains saturant and solid.

 

 6.The pet extruder can be used for extruding thermo-plastics , combined with the appropiate auxiliary machines(including the die head),and also it can be used to prodduce many kinds of plastic products such as film, pipe, board, thread, tape , as well as pet granules.
