JGB series are very easy to set up and maintain. Each machine includes a sanitary stainless steel manifold with a quick clean 

connection. A touch screen control system records job settings for fast and simple changeovers and offers a trouble shooting

JGB series is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper.As it do have conveyor belt and capping machine , it 

automatically finish bottle feeding ,stopping ,conveying and capping .

 

Japanese Mitsubishi touch PLC and touch screen control,Terminal Display use centralization instead of discrete type ,and the 

adjustment and control can be done in the same display.

 

Made by 0.2% high accuracy Roots flow-meter、Japanese Mitsubishi touch PLC and Japanese CKD Battery Valves.

 

Filling accuracy less than 0.2%,more or less 3 kg difference (margin ) in normal way. Measuring system has a function of static 

compensation .The former can set amount advance according to the real pressure ,and the latter can automatically compensate

 if the volume deviation is made by temperature difference.

 

No bottle no fill,ensure the working place and the bottle more clean and sanitary.

 

Filling nozzle gradually move upwards from bottom of bottle and the speed can be set as you like,greatly prevent foam making.
