SLITTING

Standard slitting tolerances are +/- .005" on widths to 36" and .010" on widths up to 48".

CUT-TO-LENGTH

Automatic cutting is performed on material for lengths of from 6 inches to 12 feet, and up to 60" wide.

STAMPING/BLANKING

Close tolerance work is provided to customer specifications for small perforated blanks.

SHEARING

Skilled operators shear blanks having perforated center patterns and margins to +/- 1/32".

ROLLER LEVELING

Qiaoshi Metal Perforating has the equipment to bring its perforated material back to it's original flatness.
