1. Forge welded, Steel Grating is available in bar sizes from 20mm to 50 mm. Press-locked Steel Grating incorporates tight fitting, slotted bearings and twisted cross bars locked together under extreme pressure creating a strong, rigid panel with a level surface and easy maintenance.
2. Serrated Grating is available with most standard load bearing bars. The serrations are formed by placing a series of notches along the upper edge of the load bar, thus enhancing the non-slip characteristics of the grating. When Serrated Grating is required it must be nominated (e.g., series 351/1 serrated).
QIAOSHI Grating . Serrated Grating is available in all bar sizes from 25mm to 50mm with the twist bar located flush with the bottom edge of the serrations, providing the best non slip grating on the native market.

CONSTRUCTION
Steel Grating is made from mild steel or aluminium formed by a special mechanically press-locked process that eliminates any welding therefore avoiding any weld stress problems that may occur with other designs.
The load bearing bars can be 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm and 50mm (x 3mm/5mm thick).
They are spaced 19mm, 30mm or 40mm apart with twisted cross support bars 100mm apart depending on load bearing requirements.
