Plasma Cutting Machine

 

The plasma cutting machine developed by Coorig Technology Co.Ltd aims at standardized and large-scale duct manufacture. The simplification of the cutting process dramatically saves the labor and improves working efficiency and utilization ratio. It consists of a cutting table, a computer-based control system, a plasma generator and special software.

 

1. Mechanical part

The welded structure of the cutting table, after aging treatment, is stable and resistant to deformation.

A vent is reserved under the cutting table for fume exhaust to minimize harm to the operator.

 

2. CNC system

Stable DOS operation environment, Chinese and English can be easily converted, Compatible to CNC language, Display cutting figure, Simulate cutting, Support manual programming

3. Plasma Generator

THERMAL DYNAMICS plasma generator or HYPERTHERM plasma generator ensures strong power, high cutting precision and max efficiency.

4. Special software

Lantek duct software or CAM duct software

The use of Pre-set standard duct figures enables automatic cuttingby merely typing required data.
