The Frequency Converter trainer is developed according to requirements on " Vocational Education Courses Reform and Reconstruction Program in The 21st Century” by Ministry of Education, for vocation education teaching and training. The trainer is suitable for secondary vocational and technical schools, colleges for training and teaching in courses of " Electrical technology application”, " Electrical operation and control”, " Electric and electronic appliances application and maintenance”, " PLC technology”, " PLC and application”, " Frequency converter application technology”. It is suitable for intermediate and senior technicians and electricians PLC training, operation and testing in various schools.

 

Functions and features

YL-110 PLC and frequency converter trainer adopts Mitsubishi frequency converter A740-0.75-CH, with vector control, constant torque function, with internal RS-485, PID controller, for switching between industrial frequency and variable frequency. It adopts modular structure, easy to combine and extend, also schools can extend according to actual requirements on training and teaching on students. It is mainly composed of bench, frequency converter, PLC, modules, variable frequency motor, as an integrated training of frequency converter control and PLC control.
