XLG pipe intersection cutting machine is mainly used for the thermal cutting of different kind of piping. Pipe material: mild steel, stainless steel, nick-copper. X-axis (level main axis rotation) is using the chuck to clamp the pipe to make pipe turning. In the longitudinal direction there are 3 sets of adjustable roller support, which can be used to adjust the linearity of pipe, thus in this way can ensure the cutting accuracy. It is suitable for long time continuous cutting. Plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting are alternative in cutting.
