Potassium Dichromate
Molecular Formula: K2Cr2O7
Molecular weight: 294.19
Character:
This product is orange prism crystal, having three kinds of change-bodies. It is stable in change-body a with nor mal atmospheric temperature, transforming into change-bodyc, when heated to temperature 255℃,be coming onto change-body c again; At the same time volume being decreased into 0.1% Non-deliquescence and no clissolving into alcohol, clissolving into water. These products have toxicity, strong oxidizability, connecting with organic substance and causing infiammation.
Usage:
It is use for making Dichromium Trioxide, chromic postassium sulphate, also being industry raw material for match explosiving printing ink, welding rod ename etc.
