Characteristics:

CS-Y13 printing ink cleanser is refined from surfactants, emulsifiers, penetrants, rubber anti-ageing agents and other auxiliary agents. Effective to clean inks, it is nontoxic, tasteless, noninflammable, safe to store and cheap. The product conforms to the professional standards of Q/CSO13-2002 and it is the only product among the products of the same kind granted Chinese Green Mark (Certificate No. : SCCEL-003-050). It can be widely applied to printing industry for cleaning inking rollers, printing plate and the ink marks, and also can effectively remove the ink marks and inorganic salts on inking rollers without damage to the subbings of inking rollers. Both the common ink and macromolecule resinic ink can be effective cleaned away satisfyingly. After emulsifying, the product is noninflammable and it won’t hurt your body. As a new type cleanser, it is safe, environmental, and economic.

Usage method:
1, Stirring up the CS-Y13 cleanser or the mixture of CS-Y13 cleanser and water (the proportion of the cleanser and water shall be 1: 1-3) to white emulsion prior to using.
2. Cleaning the ink duct, then evenly sprinkling some CS-Y13 cleanser on ink duct and inking roller, after that, fitting on the scraping blade (Don’t tighten the scraping blade at the start).
A. Starting up the machine (with a high speed), then sprinkling proper amount of CS-Y13 cleanser on the inking roller for two or three times with a time interval of 30 seconds.
B. Tightening the scraping blade after the printer having been operated for one to two minutes.
C. If the machine and inking roller operate well after tightening the scraping blade, the printing ink on the inking roller will be cleaned in about one minute. Parts of bad contact with inking roller or bad scraping shall be sprinkled with proper amount of CS-Y13 cleanser and be washed again until it all clean.
D. If you want to replace the inking roller with a light color one after cleaning it, you need to sprinkle some clean water on the inking roller and operate the machine for some seconds then stop cleaning when water on the inking roller dries.
E. For self cleaning printers, we recommend you using the stock solutions according to the requirements of self cleaning devices.
F. While using CS-Y13 cleanser to clean PS plates or rubber sheeting, sponges may be applied. It is all right to use the sponge to soak up some cleanser, then directly swab the plates or rubber sheet. However, we suggest you applying our CS-PE8 printing ink cleansers to clean rubber sheeting and CS-PS8 plate cleansing agents to clean PS plates. They are not only low in price but also with good effects.
