General instruction

It was made of carboxyl-polyester,usually called accelerated weathering powder coating. Mainly used for outdoor metal products, such as the crust of air condition and outdoor lamps.

Product series

It can provide high-gloss(≥86%),semi-gloss(85-11%),non-gloss(<10%). Adjustment is possible according to customers’requirement.

Physical properties

Density: 1.4-1.7 (differ with colors and gloss)

Distribution of particle size: 100% less than 100 micron(special adjustion is available)

Horizontal flow: 24 ~ 27 mm
