1. Characteristics:
YT921 belongs to RTV-1. Good extrusion, Aluminum plate on and thixotropy between 4o C~+40o C. Easy to use;
Neutral curing, non-corrosive to, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite etc;
Release Iow-molecular-weight alcohol and no unpleasant odor during cure; Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, wate;
Excellent resistance to Iow and high temperature change. No fragility, rigidfication or crack at-50o C and no softening, degradation at 150o C when cured. It always keeps good elasticity;
Excellent adhesion to most common building material without priming; Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
2. Purpose:
Glazing for all type door and window;
As a secondary edge adhesive sealant;
Sealing in aluminum curtain wall joints. Sealing in glass curtain wall joints; Sealing for metal structural engineering joints;
Many other uses.
