BSD chemical ground electrode system is a new type ground system applied in locations which have higher ground requirements and are difficult to do ground work.
Chemical ground electrode system is made of advanced alloy compound. Electrode surface is copper alloy to ensure the highest conductivity capability and longer service life. Conductor internal fillings contain specially made electrolytic salts which can fully absorb moisture in the air. It can release the active ions to the soil through deliquescence.
It further promote conductor outer to slowly release to reduce resistance and keep a long-term resistance stability through the combination with moisture in air and soil.
Compounds in conductors gradually change into colloid transparent states as time goes. Making use of conductivity property of colloid compounds, the whole system is kept at ion exchange state for a long life, thus forming ideal electrolytic ion grounding system.
Ground resistance may gradually decrease after conductor internal slow-release fillings are buried and it will be stable in half a year to one year. Slow release will last as long as several years.
Main connection components of BSD chemical ground electrode system are exothermically welded, removing connector loose phenomenon easily arising in other joining methods.
