Structrues and Priciples

PGZ Series are a new type,designed and manufactured according to 

GMP pharmacy equipment standard.The motor drives the basket.A 

motor drives the basket to rotate, material being fed into through a feed 

pipe at feeding speed.Feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches 

the expected amount,they can wash when it is the high-speed separation.During the Feeding and high-speed separation process,under the centrifugal force, the liquid is 

discharged out of the basket through filiter screen and the holes of the basket, 

and then out of the machine through the tube for discharging liquid, while the 

solid deposits in the basket as a ring layer of cake,rotate speed change to the 

discharging speed after the separation,scraper autolift and rotate the repetitive 

movement,then The solid is scraped from the basket wall and discharged 

from the underneath of the centrifuge.

 frequency conversion and automatic control program to finish feeding, washing 

and dewatering, unloading, etc when the Configure is totally-enclosed, aslo far distance control can be realized. They have the advantage of novel

 appearance, compact, airtight explosion-proof, a high degree of automation, the separation effect of large quantity, smooth operation, 

conforming to GMP standard.They can be used for separating the suspension with solid phase 

size of  more than 0.05mm,especially suitable for the separation which people can't be close to.
