This CATV Scrambling and Descrambling management and control system is applied to the digital TV / simulative TV mixed transmission CATV network on the 550MHZ (or 750MHZ) bandwidth.
It can be individually used to simulative TV web and digital TV network, and it can be used together in the scrambler and descrambler or addressable charge manage system, this is the unmatchable specialty not any other system can be comparable.

The Main functions:

1: Inductive control to avoid several televisions views the same TV programs.
2: With no effect to digital TV signal, the descramble quality is like DVD image; with small effect to simulated TV image, good image reductive.
3: Using digital portfolio scrambling technology on RF, hard to decoding, high security.
