The oil spray machine is used to spray oils to the surface of baked biscuits coming out of the oven so that the biscuits may acquire good color and flavor. The high speed dish turns the oil into fan oil mist for oven spraying.

After passing through the oil spray machine, the biscuits will pass the oil filter to have the excess oil recycled by the oil filter.

2 The oil sump tank is heated by means interlayer water bath. There are multiple layers of filtering meshes to ensure stable quality of the oil.

3. A cleaning pipe is provided at the lower part of the oil spray machine to flush the oil tank using oil (water), therefore solving the difficult problem of cleaning the interior of the oil spray machine.

4. The base plate at the lower part of the oil spray machine adopts the inclined design so that the oil and biscuits slide down into the oil sump tank rapidly, making it convenient to clean the oil sump tank.

5. The speed of the dish is subject to variable frequency control, the oil amount can be adjusted freely, and the oil is sprayed evenly.
