High Efficiency
Advanced compressor

Apply the most advanced semi-hermetic compacted screw compressor. The applicance of
patented asymmetry teeth shape has the features of small pressure difference, small return blow
hole, high volume efficiency and low energy consumption. Microcomputer controlled screw
compressor meets the requirements of different load by applying step or continuous capacity
adjustment and adjusting the amount of operating compressors.


High efficient evaporator and condenser

Condenser is applying horizontal shell and tube type. The patented Tecka C type coil tubes possess a unique pin shape, which increases the heat exchange rate by more than 20%. Evaporator is applying dry shell and tube type. The E2C type coil tubes enlarge the nucleus boil ability to increase the heat exchange rate.


Well designed coils

Design the coil with 10% more heat radiation area. Effectively reduce the temperature difference during heat transfer to increase the COP value. Regarding to the water quality in China, the coil is designed to increase the water side dust factor to reduce the cooling capacity reduction during long period of running.

Energy saving cooling capacity control

Compressor slide valves controlled by microcomputer may realize step or continuous capacity control and running compressors amount control. The precise cooling capacity control may increase the partial loading efficiency.

Environmental friendly

Besides the normally used R-22 refrigerant, the chiller can also work with R134a and R407C environmental friendly refrigerant.

High Stability
Reliable compressor

The world famous brand screw compressor applies third generation linear and precise rotor process technology, which greatly reduces leakage and loss. Rotors do not directly contact with each other when meshing because of oil spray lubricating and sealing. Therefore, there is almost no abrasion.The semihermetic and compacted structure of compressor integrates motor, screw and oil.Screws are directly driven by motors, so thatthe sealing problem of connecting rods isavoided. Compressor motor is cooled by return air to keep it work under proper temperature. This allows the chiller to work under abominable working condition and extends the operating life.Screw compressor is applying combined design of radial and transverse totally 11 be a rings . This   design together with brandnew balance drums effectively reduces the load of bearings and increases the operating life 2.5-3.5 times.The internal protection system of screw compressor is equipped with advanced protective modules to avoid any damage caused by abnormal exhaust air temperature, motor electric wire, oil level and oil pressure
drop, so that the unit may keep operating well.

Heat exchanger

All heat exchangers have been strictly tested for air tightness and intension to ensure their safety and reliability as pressure vessels. Cooler's fins and hole panels are processe integratedly by nu merical control center.Copper tubes and fins are fastened by precise ball bearing expansion machine. Water side has been tested under 1.6Mpa and Freon side has been tested under 3.0Mpa to ensure the well sealing of the unit. As a container standing high pressure, condenser is equipped with safety valves to ensure the safety of the whole unit. The shell of condenser is processed by phosphide treatment and pellet spray treatment. The shell of evaporator is painted with epoxy paint. All welding is done under carbon dioxide protection to ensure no fouling in the unit.

Protecting program

In order to ensure a safe working condition, the unit is equipped with many protection program, such as high and low pressure protection, exhaust air temperature protection, oil level protection, overload protection, etc.

High quality accessories

Cooling accessories and valves with world famous brands increase the operation stability of the unit. Pipes are produced by curving machine and gas protection welded to avoid the oxidation and fouling occurred during the welding.

High intelligence

Units are controlled by imported PLC programmable controller. Control program is developed by Tecka and highly adapts to Tecka units. It has features of good controlling logic, high anti- jamming, good cold and hot resistance, quick response and complete function. PLC programmable controller applies advanced finger touch screen as interface. Operator may control the operation by gently touching the relevant contents on the screen. All the processiseas y, convenient and
intuitionistic. Controller may also display operation data of the unit like operating condition, unit alarm, operating time and operation guide etc. Parameter may be set by controller. This operation is protected by password to avoid mis - conduct from unqualified staff to ensure a safe operation.
Alarm sys- tem is also equipped on controller. There are two kinds of alarm: current alarm and
history alarm . This arrangement is for the sake of finding out the reasons of breakdowns easily.
Controller may control the load automatically and keep the leaving water temperature constant
by increasing and decreasing load. Chillers with more than two compressors may start the
compressor in sequence. In order to average the operating time among the compressors, compressors will be run alternatively. Usage guide is input into controller, so that user may be guided just by touching the screen. Special port of PLC output part allows a chain control with external chilled water, cooling water pump and cooling tower fan motor. Every PLC controller has RS485 standard communicationport . The communication protocol is shared. Operator may monitor and control the unit via network. It can also be easily connected with building autocontrol.

Further development

Unit may be developed into dual working condition unit (standard air conditioning and ice storage cooling) by scientifically adjusting the structure of compressor and evaporator. By adjusting the system and equipments, one time compressing unit may provide as low as -25 cold water, dual compressing unit may provide as low.
