The advantages of our tower cranes:
1. About the welding technique. The customer can choose two welding modes: welding manipulator and manual welding.
2. About the welding gas. we use the gaseous mixture of Argon + Carbon dioxide, the exterior appearance and the stoutness of the welding line rest with the proportion of the mixture
3. About the mechanisms of our tower cranes. We use the mechanisms from "Sichuan Jiuhe”, who also be the supplier of Potain China, we make sure that the model of our mechanisms is same with Potain China
4. About the spare parts of tower crane. As same as Potain, we have a separate spare parts factory. We have our separate machining center, which contains milling machines,boring lathe,grinding machine,numerically controlled lathe. This is different from the normal tower cranes factories who only have the welding manipulators
5. About the tiny spare parts. such as the O-Ring for the jacking system, we use NOK from Japan or Dichtomak from Germany. We make sure that the tiny spare parts of our tower cranes can be purchased all over the world
6. About the after sales service. we supply you 24 months after service
7. About the connection of cargo boom. we use the pin roll, which produced by ourselves
8. About the surface of the steel. zincification + ball ballast
9. About the spray-paint. We have two rotative workshops, the first step is polishing. Then the painting of the undercoat + finishing coat (2 times)
10. About the mast section of the tower cranes. Under normal conditions our mast sections are the same as Potain, if the customers have the special requirements, we can increase or reduce the dimensions t\of the Mast sections.
11. About the material of the steel. we use mainly Q345B according to the optimum design of Potain. | |||||
