（1）        Introduce foreign technology, research and develop independently from hardware to software. Customized the special need of the customers and the functions upgrade and expand easily.

（2）        Using non-contact radio frequency RFID technology to collect data has strong anti-interference ability comparing with traditional contacted mode like barcode, electronic buttons, IC Card.  

（3）    The worker can load the station using ID card and manual job number conveniently. At the same time can distribute the racks automatically according to the workers’ efficiency. Therefore it can promote the workers’ motivation, make full use of resources.

（4）        Spot-check procedure: spot-check procedure aims at the station with quality problems. Set up the station, numbers and space number need spot-checking. The system can send the clothing to QC Station.

（5）        Strong fault tolerance. For the same international system, it applies serial port communication, when something wrong with one station, the whole system immobilized. But we apply Ethernet communication mode, it can communicate by point-to-point. Even if one station does not work, the whole system still works normally.

（6）    Interrupt the chain by low atmospheric pressure. The basic operation equipment of the line is pneumatic components. The key is stable and adequate pressure. Instability in the pressure is generated due to not enough pressure of the compressor or tracheal leak. It will lead the racks not be entered and exited normally. In this regard, the system can identify whether the atmospheric pressure is normal, and will auto-alarm when the air pressure is below the system requirements. 

（7）    Racks automatically return. When the system is out of power or other special cases, the racks can’t enter the station normally. But when the system restarts. They can navigate to the designated routes again.

（8）    Set up automatically the process based on order quantities and udders, distribute the number of workstations of the various processes to balance the production and increase the productivity
