D. Main features:
1. Auto unwinding unit: turret type twin channel, unwinding driven by center: adopt floating roller constant tention with closed loop control. When the unwinding diameter comes to small one, buzzer alarms, the spare roll moves in advance(change roll in running status). Auto cutting/connecting roll, connecting roll by auto or manual for option. Equipped with ultrasonic sensor automatic EPC device locates before printing
2. Machine wainscot adopts casting steel structure. Some key parts adopts alloy with multiple heat-treatment with accurate polishing of CNC.
3. Center impression roller (CI drum) adopts two layer structure with high accurate surface machining technology. Surface coating layer is more than 100um and diameter direction jumpiness tolerance within +/-0.008mm.
4. Center impression roller (CI drum) adopts internal chilly water circulation system, circulating water automatic control the surface temperature in constant temperature, avoid expansion after heating.
5. Auto lock device. Hydraulic lock device to accurately position and fix the ceramic anilox roller and printing cylinder, in order to ensure the stale printing quality under high speed without other influences.
6. Plate roller & anilox auto released once machine stopped, and auto positioned to printing once runs up. While machine temporarily paused during running, independent driving mode for printing station, anilox roller running in low speed to prevent the ink drying.
7. Vertical and horizontal color control range: lateral +/-10mm, longitudinal +/-5mm, online manually color registering.
8. Fully closed ink circulation system, composed of double direction doctor blade with alloy ink chamber (internally coating Teflon), two ways pneumatic membrane pump and ink viscosity controller.

12. Electronic control system:
1) Central controlled by PLC, data setting or adjusting & current parameters monitoring or recording in Human-Machine-Interface (HMI). Single adjust for individual motor and linking adjust for all motors.
2)Each driving motor adopts Ac inverter motor (with encoder speed-detecting feedback) & current vector type inverter controller (closed-loop control with feedback card).
3) The entire system is integrated controlled by Siemens PLC, with Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) integrated setting, displaying, monitoring & recording for various control points (including speed, tension, temperature control, sucking/exhausting air volume, winding taper parameter, yield & etc.). It can configure multiple production menus to save & repeat production, well for production management.
4) Tension Control adopt ultra-light floating roller and tension sensor system, controlled HMI touching monitor on the display / set by the PLC, with closed-loop control
5) Whole machine inching and linked control; main screen can show and imitate working process of the machine. There are indicator on every power point, ( green light on), indicator stopping( red light on), indicator faulting(red light flash),length of single roll, accumulative length, line speed, every tension detecting point PH value( tension value).
6) Temperature control located independent touch monitor, man-machine interface operation.
There are SP, PV value displaying and corresponding bar graph displaying. The status on fan of drying chamber can be watched, with a warning (non-stop machine), alarm (stop machine) function, relieving alarm after occurred fault.
7) Oven temperature control: Siemens temperature control module, central control by steam pressure controlling auto executing valve & PLC program, HMI setting & displaying, Each oven controlled by inverter to individually import the wind, independently motor to export the wind, achieving each section of drying tunnel comes to the best technical req
uest & power saving.
8) Operating control panel: According to individual function, each unit quipped with electrical control, air control, meter, indicator & switch button. The main control panel & each unit’s control panel can be individually control. A number of emergency buttons also Included.
9) Main control monitor 1 group: the electronic control protection of electrical box designed as IP21 degree.
