This series of horizontal winding machine are used for winding high and low voltage coil on transformers, reactor and generators etc.

Components:

It is composed of main Chassis, Guides, Back Tailstock and Electric Control.

Characteristics:

l        This product finishes adjusting the speed by inverter, starting smoothly and constant torque.

l        The machine is equipped with automatic braking devices, to prevent reversing when the winding stops

l        The machine can be preset coil turns and automatically stop. The electronic reversible counter counts positive and negative. Has the memory function of stopping power, does not make error

l        It is controlled by buttons, a foot switch or the start-stop buttons control faceplate to start or stop.

l        Electrical control can be divided into PLC and touch screen CNC control and routine control.
