The machine is operated by switch button and controlled by PLC. It can automatically load tubes, check colour codes, fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, cut ends and exit tubes. The plastic or laminate tube is available.

The machine adopts inner heating system by using air-heater imported from Switzerland, which leads to high-quality sealing. All contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel to anti-erosion.
