Polyethylene tape has excellent water resistance and oxidation resistance.It is widely used for steel pipe.

1.Outstanding in waterproof and oxidation resisting property.

2.The butyl rubber contained in the adhesive layer of the tape is good in oxidation resistance.

3.Its anticorrosive system is in the type of multi-layer, which is composed of inner anticorrosive tape and outer protective coating with resistance to mechanical impact. So not only its anticorrosion but also the impact resistance is outstanding and completely different from other anticorrosive coatings.

4.When wrapping the tapes, the thickness and overlapped edge width of the tapes are uniform  and proper, by which both material consumption and cost can be saved.

5.Once being wrapped around the steel pipe, the tape produces the efficacy of anticorrosion immediately and does not need period of curing; After wrapped, the pipe can be hoisted and mounted right now, hereby the task cycle is shortened.

6.The cathodic disbanding rate of the adhesive tapes is extremely low, but the adhesive bonding strength to steel pipe, impact resistance and penetrability are comparatively high, by which the product is proved to form a rather solid anticorrosive system.

7.Convenient, safe and sanitary to operate, solvent free, environmentally sound. Both manual wrapping and machine are available.

8.Pipes in diameter within 50~1800MM can be all wrapped.

9.Wide range of temperature resistance: the tape is applied within the temperature range from 20 to 70, and the performance of temperature resistance is very stable.
