Specification:

  There are two kinds of LPG integrated valve, one is modular type, such as CYFJ315-30,CYFJ350-30,CYFJ240-30,CYFJ400-30, CYFJ315-0I (split type).

Fuel Output: liquefied gas state or gas state output.

Usage:

  It only used for automobiles, installing it to LPG cylinders.

Main Parameters:

   Working temperature:  -40~00+60℃

   Working Pressure: 2.2Mpa;

Starting Pressure of safety valve：2.5MPa? 0.2Mpa；

   Maximum Filling Capacity: 80% of the cylinder capacity.

Functions:

1.       One-way Cut-off

The one-way cut-off valve which placed in the admission ends will close and prevent LPG flowing backwards after filling with LPG. Besides, there are also manual cut-off valve in the both ends, which could hand-operate the quantity of gas intake and output.

2.       Refilling Limitation

After the gas filling quantity reach the 80% of steel cylinder capacity, it will block the admission end in order to leave 20% room for LPG thermal expansion.

3.       Safety Valve

The safety valve will switch on to pressure relief when pressure in the cylinder exceed to the set pressure, which is used for safety protection.

4.       Liquid level display

You can have a visual representation at different liquid levels; Moreover, the liquid levels will display on the dashboard of automobiles if it mounted on the level sensor.

5.       LPG-flow limitation

When the LPG flow exceed the set value (or system damage), it will cut off the gas supply of cylinder.

6.       Manual Discharge Function

Under special circumstances, it used for emptying gases in the cylinder.
