Features and Performance
1). Printing and print screen plate vertical movement is driven by independent power source with stable speed and adjustable movement
2). Frequency converters and motors drive the frame blade frame, the speed of printing can be controlled independently according to the printed products with photoelectric eye control and independent adjustment.
3). Acceleration and deceleration machine made in Taiwan drives the screen frame to move up and down steadily.
4). Printing platform is divided into 2 layers, and can be adjusted precisely in the direction X and Y by adjusting handle. Chromatography can be operated easily.
5). High performance rigidity platform can automatically move in many directions such as: Forward and backward, left and right, 45° etc.
6). Manual/ semi automation / automation printing modes; The interval time can be controlled digitally and the time range is 1-9 seconds.
7). Printing head is designed independently; Scraper /ink blade\disassembly and assembly of printing frame is very convenient to clean.
8). Modes of scraping ink can be designed double-scraper, one scraper, double-pneumatic skip frame, left and right scraping, and the angle can be adjusted.
9). The adjustment devices of left and right web clips can be installed and adjusted conveniently.

2) Omron Relay, Schneider AC contactor, America H. W. L sensor switch, AIRTIC pneumatic components
3). Driving of printing blade ----Frequency converters made in Taiwan drives it .
4). Lifting and falling of printing blade frame is driven by the deceleration machine made in Taiwan and Frequency converter system made in Taiwan.
5). Precise mechanical conveying slide block and linear square rail.
