Ans: The machine can remove the water , gas, and the impurites(particles) effectively.

And it can regenerate the deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials.As we install the vacuum pump and roots pump, Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, this machine can dewater, degas and removes the impurities more quickly, more completely, and makes the oil BDV (Breakdown Voltage) of 70Kv or higher.

 

How does the machine remove the water & gas?

Ans:First,We adopt Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation technology and G technology. The Coalescence-separation technique that use the coalescence filter (made of Italy-imported wooden cellulose)can move 80% water in pressure.After that,we adopt the Vacuum dehydration system to remove the less water.
