Usage
The furnace is periodic operating, providing vacuum or protective atmosphere, in which the alloy steel, ultratek, lanthanon and others can smelt and cast. Besides, it can be also used in metal materials’ refining.

Structure Description
ZG-3 is horizontal furnace, the rest are all vertical furnace.
The furnace are mainly made up of furnace shaft, furnace binding, inductor, furnace tilting mechanism, vacuum system, forehearth operating cabinet and intermediate frequency power supply. Both the shaft and furnace cover are double water-cooled structure, the internal layer is stainless steel, the external layer is protected from rust by using high carbon steel, and the middle is used for water cooling. Alloy feeder head, revolving window, thermocouple measuring mechanism, feeding rod ( ZG-50\ ZG-150 and ZG-200) and others are installed on the furnace cover.
The induction coil is helical heterotype copper pipe. Shaped crucible or knoting crucible are put in the induction coil. Electrode rotary and crucible’s tilting are achieved by external manual or electric when casting.
vacuum system are made up of oil diffusion pump, Roots pump, mechanical pump, strainer and various of control valve etc. Pneumatic operation baffle valve and digital vacuometer can switch over the high and low vacuum automatically. Intermediate frequency power spply includs IGBT and KGPS transistor. The first one has the features of energy-saving, space-saving and cooling-free, and the second one is low cost in maintenance.
