Scope of usage:

Suitable for cutting straight and 45-degree diagonal straps in different width of cloth, adhesive-bonded fabirc, foam, cladding, paper, and reflectorized material, etc. ;

suitable for industries like clothing, shoes& headgear, bags, swimwear, home textiles and so forth.

Characteristics:

(1)    The power of chief axis uses steples speed regulating system , so they can be controlled to regulate speed. The round knife with no speed but matched with good fabric speed so that can achieve the best cutting quality.

(2)    Accurately step-by-step system in the manipulation station is used to control the cutting width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail, so precise cutting can be achieved.

(3)    Cutting strips uses lever-propelling means and the cutting feed speed is controlled by manual.

(4)    The operation interface uses LCD Chinese/English display screen, and the cutting width, quantity and action set can be directly entered with manual or automatic convertion. Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is used to achieve automatic cutting.
