Prestressing plastic corrugated pipe machine Advantages   

After the bored materials are damaged, slurry is last barrier of prestressing steel materials in prestressing concrete structure. While plastic corrugated pipe is one kind of bored material and has following advantages in contrast with metal corrugated pipe: Raw materials of plastic corrugated pipe are HDPE and its corrosion resistance is much better than metal and it can effectively prevent reinforcing steel bar from corrosion. Many prestressing structure are seriously affected by the atmosphere, such as cold salt or salt water. Prestressing steel bar will be damaged if back tension components lose its function by collapse of waterproofing layer, water leaks and malfunction of drainage device. It is pointed out by "Injection of Prestressing Steel Bar” in FIP Construction Guideline (1990) that metal pipes have no permanent anti-corrosion function and can not resist leaks of water. While plastic corrugated tube can provide one kind of barrier that is much better than metal corrugated pipe to prevent pollution of harmful substances, thus prestressing structure has better wearable function; under same condition, frictional coefficient of plastic corrugated pipe is much lower than metal corrugated pipe which then lessens frictional loss in the process of expansion and tension. Generally speaking, we take 0.14 frictional coefficient for plastic corrugated pipe and 0.25 for metal corrugated pipe; intensity of plastic corrugated pipe is high and it will not easily damaged, while its airproofing performance and anti-leaking performance are higher than metal corrugated pipe, especially fit for injection under vacuum state; plastic corrugated pipeline can not conduct electricity, can prevent corrosion of dispersed current, while metal is good conductor; plastic corrugated pipe has higher anti-fatigue performance which can greatly enhance anti-fatigue ability of components.
