VX-8000 series voice alarm system is designed for background music, normal paging, auto fire alarm and various emergency paging. It is a perfect solution for BGM distribution and complicated voice alarm applications.

 

The system has the latest design with digital control and signal process technologies. It features more integrative, more powerful, more flexible control, more reliable. It also has good expansibility and autognostic.

 

VX-8000 series has 5 system components:

 

 

The basic system consists of DSC-8300 main controller and DSR-8216 speaker router and the DSM-8264 signal monitor is in the system usually for the control room monitoring. If the system need to paging in remote area just add the DRM-8016 remote microphone stations. And if the system need to use backup amplifier, add DFD-8241 fault detector for auto detect and switch backup amplifier.

 

The system has 5 steps priority:

1  Emergency paging microphone
2  Auto fire alarm pre-recorded message
3  Remote microphone station
4  Timer plan with DCS-8001 software
5  Audio source Aux 1~8 and Mic 1~4

 

The DSC-8300 controller has 16 inputs including 4 microphones, 4 remote microphone stations, 8 aux input and 4 bus output, the 16In×4Out full digital mixer matrix makes the system can play 4 BGM or other sources at a time.

 

The DSC-8300 has build-in digital 2 bands HF/LF equalizer & gain controllers on each input channel; build-in digital 7 bands graphic equalizer & gain controllers on 4 bus output channel; build-in 8 minutes flash recording memory for pre-recorded auto fire alarm message.

 

With the LCD displayer on the DSC-8300, each of unit can be monitor clearly. This design ensures that the system is more reliable and safer compare with other system.

 

The DSR-8216 speaker router has 16 programmable keys for emergency paging or normal paging zone select, both of EM/Normal keys can be programmed to any combined zone.?16CH individual amplifier inputs give you more flexible design from small system to large system applications. Max 4 DSR-8216 can be connected in a system and up to 64 zones.

 

And the DSR-8216 has 16CH contact closures input of fire sensor for triggering fire alarm and the related zone can be programmed discretionarily. An operator can record 7 messages flash recording memory for pre-recorded auto fire alarm message (Message 1) or use DRM-8016 remote playback message (Message 2~7).

 

The DSM-8264, a system monitor, can monitor all input sources and output signals (including 16 input and 4 bus output signals of DSC-8300 and 64 zones output signals of DSM-8264). It is the most powerful and flexible monitor in the world.

 

The DRM-8016, a remote microphone controller, supports long-distance communication via RS-422 serial interface. Its 16 programmable keys can be programmed to any combined zone.

 

The DFD-8241, fault detector, can Auto detect fault amplifier and switch to back-up amplifier. 4 Normal Amp Using 1 Spare Amp. It can detect amp continuously and ensures that all amp is in good condition. Using DCS-8001, the system setup software, can change the detecting time. Max 16 DFD-8241 can be installed in a VX-8000 system.
