XPS Foam Board Extrusion Line
XPS Foam Board Extrusion Line designed with a state-of-the-art technology accumulated through a continous R&D is for the production of homogeneous, closed-cell-structured, extruded polystyrene foam boards, an economical, optimal acoustic and thermal insulation materials, from Polystyrene and some additives using a blowing gas by the process of continuous extrusion thus forming a board of the desired thickness.
Features
-High and lasting thermal insulating property; Energy saving solution
-Minimal water & humidity absorbance
-High mechanical resistance
-Very high compression strength
-Absolute dimensional stability
-Self extinguishing properties
-Homogeneous density of the mass
-Immune to the attack of acids and bases
-Inertia climatic at variation
-Lightness
-Excellent compatibility with building materials like cement,gypsum, lime and sand and superb adherence on concrete and mortar coatings via treatment of skinning and grooving boards
-Easy to transport, cut and apply
-Most of all, all these properties remain constant over the time
-Easy Installation
Production procedure
Tandem extruder for homogeneous melt
-> T-die & calibration for forming a solidified board
-> Edge-trimming & Longitudinal-cutting for required dimension
-> Stacking & Packing machine
Application
-XPS foam board for Acoustic and Thermal insulation like wallpaper,carpet under-layer and sun roof board in the Construction field to save huge of energy.
-XPS foam board can be laminated with film or paper for Education materials, decorating objects, advertising board.
-Printable, foldable, embossable, moisture and water resistant, low steam and air permeability, micro-resistant, excellent insulation properties.
