The FDM74SM IDE / PATA Drive on Module ( DOM) provides non-volatile storage in a compact design, making a perfect fit for embedded applications. It is constructed with high-performance flash disk controller and good quality NAND flash memory.

The industry standard IDE connector plugs directly into a motherboard using a 44-pin IDE connector in vertical format. This IDE Drive on Module ( DOM) operates in both 5-Volt and 3.3-Volt power supplies. It comes in capacity of 128MB ~ 8GB unformatted disk and it is ideal for embedded applications including Blade Servers, Point of Sale terminals, Casino Gaming machines, Single Board Computers, and Networking Equipment. With built-in wear leveling algorithms, on-the-fly ECC, and no moving parts, It is a very low power design with flash technology ruggedness, reliability, performance and convenience.
