Steel Props & formwork accessories:

We started our production for steel props since around 6 years ago, and based on our non-stop working and testing during the production, we are capable of manufacturing high good quality steel props, with safety handle are, quick release pin, safe loading capacity, anti-corrosion protection and so on, which brings a good cheaper and safe solution to our customers.

So far, we have three ranges of steel props:

 

Eruope props: Class E - 30Kn props and Class D - 20Kn props, produced according to DIN EN1065 standards, 15 cm safte handle are, hot dip galvanized protection, inner tube anti-escape guard designs, tough drop forged nut;

Standard props: this is our own standard props, we choose the proper thickness of the tubes, we to meet the loading capacities requirements of customers; surface can be hot dip galvanization or elector galvanization;

Light duty props: comparing with Europ and Standard props, light duty props are the cheapest solution, and also the easiest and lightest props for the workers to handle.

 

We control all the components and raw materials, such as the prop nut, tube quality, and we also control our welding quality. And during the production and before the shipment, necessary and radom loading capacity tests are performed to make sure we always bring the best and safe props to our customers.
