Contact Cement (Contact Adhesive, Neoprene) is widely used to bond home decoration, construction materials and common materials like fireproof plate, fiberboard, rigid PVC board, aluminum-plastic, polyester plywood, paint-free panel, furniture, leather, textile, wood board, carpet, rubber and so on.
It is multi-purpose contact adhesive with strong bonding ability. It has many excellent performances, such as high-intensity, no poison, environmental protection, high solid content, small odor, drip-dry, after hardening it will have extra temperature resistant, oil-cured, anti-impact, anti acidity and alkaline etc.
Features:
1.Fast bonding speed, excellent and long lasting bonding power.
2.Compared with conventional adhesive, the advantage is obvious when contacting flashing, alum-plastic plate and PVC board.
3.Good protective properties after hardening; anti petrol, anti acid and alkaline, impact resistant. Effectively prolongs service life of contacted objects.
4.Extra heat and cold resistant after hardening: endurable when temperature is between-50℃ and 100℃.
Application:
1.The surface to be bonded should be clear, no oil, dirt, etc.
2.Mix the glue uniformly, brush the adhesive to two contacted surface, wait for 10 to 25 minutes, then press and agglutinate.
3.Contacting should be finish at one time because of the high initial grab, then press, do not move after contacting, or the performance will be influenced.
4. Shelf life: 18 months.
Good minds:
1.The most suitable temperature for contacting:20-30℃;Humidity: 55%-75%.
2.Adhesive contains VOC, easily burnt, and should be kept away from fire. Make sure the construction site is well ventilated.
