ZB3A Seires rotary lobe pump mainly consists of rotary lobe, shaft seal, gear box. A pair of synchronous driving gears drive rotary lobe to deliver medium. The shaft seal can be designed with packing seal or mechhanical seal according to the specific working conditions. The pump uses high strength cast-iron gear box,spiral gears and heavy load bearings in order to ensure the pump for long time.

You need not disassemble gearbox but adjust rotary lobe clearance because of special assembling way. Material of "O" seal ring is the silicone rubber. PTFE is adopted for corrosive mediums.

Lobe rotary pump  belongs to positive displacement pump and has the advantages of outstanding self-primging, high efficiency and long life. It applies to delivering suspension liquid with soft solid particles, corrosive medium and suspension liquids. The delivered medium temperature range is from -30 degree celsius to 180 degree celsius and viscosity range is from 30CST to 1.0*10*5 CST. The parts of contact with medium adopts stainless steel. The rotating speed can be adjusted according to the delivered medium's physical property.
