Air Driven Liquid Pumps up to 73,000 PSI (503 Mpa)

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • High output capacity and outstanding performance provided at low cost.
  • Designed for easy maintenance with minimum components and joints
  • Both pressure and volume of flow are easily and accurately controlled by a pressure regulator installed in the air supply line.
  • Simple operating principle - a larger air-driven piston delivers pressure to a proportionally lesser diameter hydraulic piston, providing fluid flow at relatively higher pressures.
  • Complete flexibility – IVS boosters adapt to a wide variety of applications, from simple manual controls to fully automatic operation. Air motors are interchangeable for most models within each series.
  • Cycle and stop automatically - liquid pumps cycle automatically. When compressed air is first applied to the pump, it will cycle at its maximum speed producing maximum flow. The pump will then gradually start to cycle at a slower rate as the pressure in the receiver increases and stop automatically when the output pressure force and the air drive force is balanced to create a stall condition. At this point, the pump will maintain pressure without energy consumption, thus providing an economical source for hydraulic power.
  • Wide range of applications - can operate with a variety of fluids
  • High output capacities up to 73,000 PSI (503 Mpa) or even 700 Mpa
  • Wide range of output capacities – less than 150 PSI (1 Mpa) air pressure is required to attain maximum rate of flow

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • Scissor jack lifts, aircraft jacks
  • Clamping devices
  • Punches and pin presses
  • Valve actuation
  • Roller and bolt tensioning
  • Torque wrenches
  • Press system overload
  • Pressure testing
  • Crimping
  • Trash compactors
