SS 9000 is a solvent-based screen ink which applicable to treated PET.

 

The series presents its properties as strong outdoor durability, color-rich, high gloss, excellent adhesion, light stink, easily vaporized solvent, excellent stability, completely dissolvable, excellent water and alcoholic resistant.

 

Applications:

 

Mesh                300 – 450 mesh (120T – 180T)

 

Stencil             Any direct emulsion and capillary film which are solvent resistant.

 

Dilution            Excellent performance with specific thinner.
SS 9000A Varnish could be applied to reduce the color density.
Should be well mixed before printing and fastened during storage.

 

Curing             By solvent evaporation and forced dry at 100 – 120℃ in 1 – 2 minutes.

 

Additives         To reduce air bubbles add 0.3% – 0.5% by weight with SS 8580 Defoamer.

 

Wash-up          By universal Screen Wash.
