Shell and tube back-flush filter



These filters are designed for removing fine particulates from liquids with a simple highly automated operation. Besides, its online self-cleaning function brings a longer service life. The filter consists of groups of filter cartridges and differential pressure transmitters, imported Johnson screens. Under normal conditions, filter medium flow in from the lower end of the cartridges and the out from the top. When the pressure drop between the general inlet and outlet pipelines increases to a preset value, the regeneration cycling flush operation will start. The transmitters will send signals to the programmable controller which then send signals to the valves to close up the filter for the flush. This back-flush operation certainly will use the filtrate. The filter cleaned will be ready for continuing of the filtration. Filter cartridges will be cleaned one group after another in the same way.
